What is free, and what uses credits?

The basic tarot draw and card meanings, birth chart, general horoscopes, and dream tools are available without signing in or paying. A personal AI interpretation uses 10 credits. Sign in with an email code, then claim 10 credits per UTC day on your account page; daily gift credits expire after 30 days. Purchased credits do not expire.

Who writes a personal interpretation?

It is generated by DeepSeek AI from the details you choose to share. It is not a one-to-one consultation with a human reader or a substitute for professional advice.

What do the credit packs cost?

The one-time packs are 300 credits for $9.90 USD, 1,200 credits for $29.90 USD or 3,000 credits for $59.90 USD. No subscription or automatic renewal.

How is my information handled?

Information you submit is sent to Moonletter’s server for the tool you use. An AI request is also sent to DeepSeek. Browser journal entries are separate from server account, credit, and answer-recovery records; deleting a journal entry does not delete those server records.

Does Moonletter use analytics?

Google Analytics is loaded only after you give consent. It does not receive your private question, birth details, or email. You can change your choice in Analytics settings in the footer.
